Free and secure, the “my MSA & me” application brings together several services from My private space to facilitate your procedures with regard to the MSA. Log in with your MSA credentials to access your payments, download your health certificates and statements and send a message to your MSA from your smartphone.
EASY ACCESS TO MY PRIVATE SPACE
To access the services, you must be an employee, operator, retiree or beneficiary under the agricultural regime, and be already registered with My private space.
The application login credentials are the same as those you usually use to log in to My private space on your MSA website.
If you wish to create your My private space account or request a new password, go to your MSA website or to https://www.msa.fr.

With the “my MSA & me” application, you can consult all the payments made by your MSA:
- health reimbursements
- daily allowances
- family benefits
- retirement (employee and non-employee)
- social action benefits
- work accident pension
You can directly download your health statements (sickness reimbursement, daily allowances and AT pension) to your smartphone.
* My health certificate
The application allows you to download a health rights certificate directly to your smartphone for yourself and the people in your household (child, beneficiary).
* My messages
You can write to your MSA via secure messaging, view responses and access exchange history.
* Request an appointment
You can request a telephone or physical appointment at an agency of your MSA fund. An agent will contact you to schedule this appointment.
* Send a document
You can send a document to your MSA from your smartphone. You can take a photo of the pages of your document or find a document in the gallery of your smartphone.
* My EHIC
You can request a European Health Insurance Card (EHIC) for you or the people in your household (child, eligible person) and find your cards in an electronic version.
* My profile
- Change your connection password to My private space
- Update your personal contact details (telephone, email)
- Easily change MSA funds, if you are affiliated with several funds

Access the Mémo Santé Enfant website, your online reminder for your child's health events.

You can now send a document to your MSA from your smartphone. You can take a photo of the pages of your document or find a document in the gallery of your smartphone.
- Right to error
You filled in the wrong field, forgot to sign a document or indicated the wrong amount of resources? Access the online service to request rectification.
- Simulator

- Telephone area code
You can add an area code in order to update your mobile, landline and telephone numbers. fax.

This version also includes a fix regarding password reset.

We have improved the accessibility of the application in order to allow all members to access content and functionalities. Navigation in the app using text-to-speech tools has been improved.
